| It has been reported that there has been an attempted robbery on a container ship whilst anchored at San Pedro anchorage, Ivory Coast. Duty crew observed a number of perpetrators attempted to gain access to the vessel by climbing up the anchor chain and immediately raised the alarm. On hearing the alarm, the perpetrators aborted their attempt to board and fled in a wooden boat. The local authorities were informed. | |||||
