Open-source have reported that Ukraine launched a UAV strike targeting the St. Petersburg Oil Terminal, a petroleum transshipment pier located approximately five miles from the city centre (exact time not specified). Ukraine also disclosed that an "important military target" was struck overnight in Kronstadt, a nearby naval base. The St. Petersburg Governor confirmed a "massive" drone attack and acknowledged that the oil terminal was hit, reporting no casualties at that location. The Russian military also confirmed that Kronstadt naval base was struck. Casualties and damage at the Kronstadt naval base remain unknown.
